Facilities Services Technician – Full-Time (Direct Hire) Location: Milford, MA Employment Type: Regular Full-Time Bonus: 5% annual bonus Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Overview: The Facilities Services Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance activities, including building and grounds upkeep. This role ensures that the facility remains in excellent condition and responds promptly to service requests. Key Responsibilities: + Execute assigned preventative maintenance tasks at the Milford site + Perform all maintenance work in compliance with safety procedures + Review and complete corrective work orders in a timely manner + Schedule and assist in overseeing facilities service contractors + Support equipment installations and draft basic safety/maintenance procedures + Assist with maintenance and repairs on process and facilities equipment under technician guidance + Participate in on-call rotation + Obtain quotes and write proposals for facility improvement projects Required Qualifications: + High school diploma required; Associate Degree preferred + 10+ years of experience in general maintenance + Experience in a cGMP environment preferred + Relevant training and certifications in facilities maintenance required + Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred If interested, please reach out directly to Lindsee Allienello at lallienello @ actalentservices.com.
