**Job Description:**
**We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Account Manager to develop and execute both long-term and short-term strategies for assigned channels, ensuring sustained profitable growth and the expansion of 3M’s market presence. You will lead a team and provide strategic direction to our channel partners’ sales and merchandising teams.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Develop and implement sales plans with innovative and effective channel strategies, ensuring alignment with division objectives to drive accelerated sales growth.**
**Oversee the profitability of channels, managing both top and bottom lines within the allocated budget.**
**Collaborate closely with channel partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and agile execution in the field.**
**Drive channel partners to achieve key performance metrics, including sales targets, stock levels, distribution coverage, and product portfolio management.**
**Enhance the effectiveness of the current distribution model and proactively seek business opportunities in potential or alternative channels.**
**Stay informed about changing consumer behaviors, market trends, needs, potential, penetration, coverage, distribution, and competition.**
**Ensure accurate sales forecasting and inventory management.**
**Lead monthly operations meetings and quarterly business reviews to evaluate business performance, address operational challenges, and plan for future growth.**
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
**Bechelor's degree or above**
**5-8 years of experience leading a sales or trade team, with a proven track record in driving successful distribution channels across various markets.**
**Strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of sales management, including trade planning and execution, key account development, negotiation of trading terms, new market development, and team supervision and coaching.**
**Experience in managing key accounts and channel partners, such as distributors and dealers.**
**Positive attitude with strong resilience and commitment to overcoming challenges and achieving results.**
**Excellent team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and demonstrates independence and decisiveness in task execution.**
**Strong operational and problem-solving skills with a history of delivering consistent results.**
**Proven leadership abilities with strong negotiation and influencing skills.**
**Must possess a car and a valid Class 3 driving license.**
