A day in the Life:
Managing Order of Key Customers for Purification & Filtration. Handling customer transactions relates to order status, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery, expedition support .Support to resolve Partner Portal /Order Platform issue raised from customers.
Order and Inventory Management according to P&F Customer Service Instruction on SAP data management: Delivery Priority setting in SAP system, shipment mode changes, monitor shipment schedule, coordinate with suppliers, planners , Logistic/Distribution Center for timely replenishment .
Run Standardized reports , Block order & simple ad-hoc queries to identify/propose opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, communication & efficiencies.
Reviewing purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with Solventum terms & conditions.
Ability to use Salesforce for resolving customer complaints relates to order management.
Ability to transform Outsource Services

Experience
Good knowledge of order management systems, preferably SAP system experience
Good interpersonal skills, flexible and adaptable
Capable to respect deadlines, maintain data accuracy
