Kforce has a client seeking a remote Senior Java Developer to join their team. Overview: The candidate will support a variety of applications but will mainly focus on an initiative having a process of combining new apps to create one unified portal for associates. The team is currently rewriting the backend flows and moving it into GCP; with it all mainly Java 21+ and migrating off of Informix to a new data source (elastic). Lastly, the team heavily uses AI and are integrating a lot of the API's into different models; as a result having AI/LLM experience is ideal. Overall, they are seeking a strong communicator who is skilled, as this is a high visibility project with heavy engagement with business and stakeholders.
