As a Senior Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging the capabilities of the process mining software to drive process optimization and automation initiatives for our clients. Your profound understanding of the software and process mining methodologies will be crucial in delivering valuable insights and improving operational efficiency for our clients' business processes. We look for leaders who have a clear vision of where we are going and how to get there, bold inclusive thinkers who create new ideas and bring our best solutions forward to benefit our patients, business partners, and customers. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.** + Must have the ability to develop custom data models in Celonis and knowledge of identifying and leveraging pre-existing models from the content store to build on existing offerings. + Must have the ability to Architect, orchestrate, and optimize Celonis data pipelines, ensuring efficient data ingestion and processing while upholding rigorous security standards. + Expert in Data Extraction methodology and the ability to translate functional requirements to the corresponding technical blueprint needed for Celonis deployment. + Customer project-based experience working as Data Engineer on Celonis implementations. + Knowledge of real time business cases in Process Mining. Possesses knowledge over the Process Query Language (PQL) to build front end components to meet the requirements set by the business and create KPIs. + Strong understanding of SQL. Ability to create SQL scripts (customized) that transform, create, and capture necessary fields from the source systems to accurately map out processes. + Ability to perform the appropriate data modelling (relationship between the data that needs to be established for Celonis process modelling) + Should have sound knowledge in Action Flows. + Manage, maintain, and operate the process mining platform (upgrades, patches, fixes, testing where needed, monitor usage of licenses, manage user accounts, manage capacity). + Develop, document, and modify/configure systems specifications that conform to defined architecture standards, address business requirements, systems updates, systems testing and processes. + Establish and document system design, parameters, and formats, ensuring hardware and software systems' functionality, performance, and compatibility. + Apply various process mining algorithms to extract meaningful patterns and correlations from large datasets. + Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting hardware and software compliance and security standards. + May act as a liaison with key technology vendor technologists or other business functions. + Ensure data integrations and imports are of high quality and set/drive standards of data ingestion methods. + Proactively seek and pilot improvements to increase the value of process mining, e.g., new features such as object-oriented data, generative AI, other Machine Learning or process automation/action. + Leverage your programming skills (e.g., Python, R, Java) and scripting expertise to customize process mining workflows and integrate with other systems as needed. + Engages with business leaders to understand how strategies and data-driven changes can improve efficiencies and add value. Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level specialists; may manage projects / processes. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Overall 7+ years of IT experience with bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc. + 5+ years’ experience in Celonis process mining software. + Has practical knowledge of project management. + Has been responsible for entire projects or processes within job area; with a proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high quality results within defined timelines. + Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and process modeling within a process mining software. + Strong programming skills, with the ability to customize and extend software functionalities through scripting and API (Application Programming Interfaces) and SDKs (Software Development Kits) integrations. + Solid understanding of BPMN and process modeling techniques. + Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, R, Java) with experience in data manipulation, automation and SQL. + Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
