Simplicity and agilityareimportant in everything we do.​ In this role, you will deliver worldclass IT support by providing correct IT solution ina timelyand user aligned manor.​ This positionis responsible forthe day-to-day IT Support of the FDB end users’ digital workplace. You will proactively facilitate the end user’s experiencethroughouttheir life cycle and mitigating disruption of the business.​In this role you are responsible for delivering a resilient IT Support service through continual improvement of service and processes. **Key** **Responsibilities: ** + Provide the day-to-day IT Support.​ + Ensure responseto all end user inquiries toward the IT engagement model via IT phone, directcontactand IT service management tool.​ + Monitor andoperatethe Incident Management and Service Requests fulfillment processes in our IT service management tool.​ + Manage/coordinateCritical Incident for minimum disruption of the business.​ + Manage On/Off boarding of end users’ devices, resources, and accesses incl. introduction to IT.​ + Procure and ensure local IT equipment availability and local IT storage management.​ + Interface with Global cross functional teams to coordinate, standardize andoptimizesupport effort.​ + Collaborate with cross functional teams to support​and improve IT services.​ + Participate/contribute to problem and IT Knowledge management.​ + Participate in IT project on a business need basis. + Participate in On Call rotary.   **Your** **qualifications** + Strong understanding of enduser peripherals and general IT Service Management (ITSM)frameworks and methodologies. + Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. + Proficiencyinstakeholder management and effective communication. + Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple initiatives. + Effective written and oral communication skills. + Excellent customer service skills. + Theminimumeducational requirement for this role is aBachelor’s degreein computer science Information Technology, or related fieldwithadditionalcertifications relevant to the role. + The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience within IT Support and end users’ interaction. + Fullyproficientin both written and spokenEnglish.
