IT SuccessFactors Specialist role is responsible for being business facing, understanding the business processes, understanding requirements, translating that into technical specifications and development and support for various applications in Human Resources in Colgate. The role demands the candidate to run the projects in a timely manner and execute smoothly with high quality. The person will be required to collaborate with business teams / CBS, SAP SuccessFactors, technical teams, consultants and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies. **This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.** **What you'll do:** + Drive the development and implementation of technologies for Compensation and Benefits using in SAP Successfactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, ensuring alignment with HR technology goals in a high-growth environment. + Enhance HR efficiency and productivity by executing HR systems implementation and supporting processes, including conducting security and architecture reviews with HR and IT teams for vendor assessments. + Lead project management efforts with offshore centers and software vendors to develop systems for Compensation and Benefits, while partnering with CoHRE and CBS teams to optimize HR processes. + Maintain and improve system performance and reliability by adhering to standard procedures, global governance, and project documentation, while independently connecting with business teams to understand requirements. + Serve as a central coordinator for priorities across areas of responsibility, collaborating with the India GSSO organization, and staying informed on technological advancements in SAP Successfactors through continuous self-learning and research. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science + 6+ years of relevant experience. + Expertise in SuccessFactors, particularly in Compensation (Compensation, Variable Pay, Total Rewards, Compensation Statements) and Employee Central Modules + Hands on in configuration and development **Preferred Qualifications** + Knowledge of HR business processes, with SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Compensation and/or Variable Pay) + Experience with Business Rules configuration and exposure to CPI + Preferred programming skills and PMP certification + Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies, along with strong oral and written communication skills. + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and logically resolve issues, including troubleshooting to identify root causes. **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $106,400.00 - $150,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
