The functional specialist will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing processes, training users, automation, and implementing the solution\. Areas of focus will include but are not limited to Material Management \(MM\), Material resource planning, Purchasing, logistics execution/shipping, EWM, Ariba, Supply Chain Process\. **Job** **Responsibilities:** * Utilize and support SAP PTP module and Supply Chain Processes * Responsible for configuring SAP PTP * Conducts conceptual and detailed design \(blueprint\) activities against project requirements and delivers a detailed solution design document within PTP modules covering all required aspects * Configure SAP MM module to meet business requirements, including setting up master data, procurement types, inventory management, and material valuation\. * Understand the integration and relationship between SAP modules to be a key resource for projects originating outside of PTP team * Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements * Drive business processes discussions & solutions for Supply Chain and Material Master * Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements * Design, customize, configure, and test for PTP requests * Provide ad\-hoc training and user support as required * Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team * Mentors and develops junior team members within PTP modules on technical/process areas * Participate in system and application upgrades, enhancements, and resolutions * **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze current processes and propose improvements to optimize SAP PTP functionality and business processes\. * **Project Management:** Participate in project planning and management, including defining scope, estimating timelines, and managing deliverables\. **Soft skills:** Strong business acumen and business process knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPossesses good organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of IT Development MethodologyLeading, guiding, mentoring the team **Qualifications** Bachelor's Degree required in Information Technology or related fieldMinimum of 16 years of experience in PTP and relevant modulesCross module knowledge \(Ariba/EWM/SD/FI/IM\) **Recruiting Company:** Textron India PVT Limited **Primary Location:** India-Bangalore-Mylasandra **Job Function:** Information Technology **Schedule:** Full-time **Shift:** First Shift **Job Posting:** 08/10/2025, 11:58:07 PM **Job Number:** 335113
