Senior IT Solutions Analyst (EDI)
Location: Beachwood, OH.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm (Onsite 4 days a week)
The Senior IT Solutions Analyst leads the design, delivery, and support of enterprise technology solutions across multiple large-scale projects. This role works closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. The analyst serves as the primary IT contact, manages cross-functional teams, and drives projects from concept through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and operations leaders to gather requirements and recommend solutionsTranslate business needs into system and technical specificationsDesign and implement scalable IT solutions across enterprise applicationsLead multiple concurrent projects, including planning, timelines, milestones, and deliveryCoordinate with internal teams, offshore resources, and external vendorsOversee system testing, quality, and documentationProvide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system enhancementsAct as primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure clear communicationMentor junior team members and contribute to team developmentTechnical Skills
Enterprise integration & EDI systems (preferred)Programming: Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, .NETPlatforms: Windows Server, Unix/LinuxDatabases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2Legacy systems: AS/400 (RPG/400, CL)Integration tools: WebMethodsWeb technologies: HTML, XML/XSLStrong understanding of SDLC, system design, and testing methodologiesExperience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field10+ years of experience in systems analysis or IT solutions delivery3–5 years of experience leading large-scale, complex projectsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyProven ability to design and deliver enterprise-level solutionsCertifications such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma (preferred)Core Competencies
