At DHL IT Services, we are passionate about SAP. Our team is supporting European Payroll (STEPS) project and working on the consolidation of payroll systems in Europe based on SAP H4S4/Hana. First countries in scope are UK and Poland with a planned go live date in January 2027.
Focus in 2026 is the set up of the Cloud environment and the configuration of the Global Payroll Template and to start with the localisations in the different countries. There is a strong need for a Consultant who knows the Polish Payroll very well, speak Polish language and is supporting the service after the rollout. As more and more countries will be onboarded over the next years, strong Payroll skills are needed to ensure the onboarding of other countries too.
