We are looking for 
Senior IT Service Expert (Tenant) (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time)
flexible working conditions available. Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden, and Verl. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

Leading and driving service excellence across incident management, access control, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement. Ensuring high-quality service delivery by maintaining structured documentation and supporting strategic initiatives across the tenant environment. Optimizing IT service processes, maintain a structured CMDB, and analyze service metrics to drive continuous improvement. Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding service performance, ensuring alignment between technology and business needs. Coordinating the Riverty tenant setup, working closely with internal teams and external providers like Microsoft to ensure seamless project delivery. Supervising applications and monitoring data flows to ensure uninterrupted critical business operations.

Logically minded with a strong interest in IT Independent, resilient, and capable of communicating effectively with various stakeholders Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Highly motivated to learn and grow within the field Responsible and patient, with the ability to undertake routine tasks accurately Open-minded and comfortable working within a multicultural team environment Ability to embrace change and innovation, contributing to a dynamic work environment Ability to travel internationally Fluency in English and German would be a huge benefit
