(Senior) IT Recruitment Consultant

We are looking to expand our team at Antal International Bulgaria with a (Senior) IT Recruitment Consultant to lead and execute recruitment projects within the IT and Technology sector. In this role, you will leverage your industry expertise and commitment to excellence to connect top-tier talent with leading employers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience. This position can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on your availability and preference.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, managing expectations and ensuring successful execution of recruitment and headhunting projects Lead and manage end-to-end search and selection processes for key clients Draft and publish compelling job advertisements to attract top-tier talent Proactively engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, personal networks, and other sourcing channels Conduct thorough candidate interviews, including technical assessments where applicable Present shortlisted candidates to clients, clearly communicating their qualifications and alignment with client needs Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and participation in client meetings Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic client engagements Represent the company at industry events to attract talent and expand professional networks Collaborate effectively with local and global team members to ensure seamless project delivery

 

Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Proven experience (2+ years) in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and current market trends across areas such as software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data Strong headhunting and sourcing skills, with proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools Excellent communication, influencing and sales skills Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and push beyond comfort zones to exceed expectations Strong multi-tasking and time management skills Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development and opportunity spotting Fluent in English, both written and spoken Proficient in MS Office and other digital tools
