As Senior IT Project Manager, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

Key Accountabilities:

Lead strategic programs from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with Elara Caring’s objectivesManage program intake, prioritization, and business case development for budget approvalOversee multiple project workstreams, ensuring coordination and alignment across teamsMentor and coach project managers and team members to build organizational PM capabilityPartner with executive leadership to define program vision, scope, and success metricsDevelop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocationsBuilds a strong team by creating and nurturing effective and open communication and by collaborating on decision-making responsibilitiesChampion change management initiatives to support adoption of new technologies and processes.Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendationsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal governance standardsWorks with stakeholders to define and execute program business plans, focusing on delivering programs that support Elara’s strategic vision, business objectives and prioritiesAligns program objectives and initiatives with the portfolio strategy accounting for any cross-program dependenciesPerforms other duties/projects as assigned.

What is Required?

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.Masters Degree is preferred.8+ years of experience working with Enterprise programs/projects, project cost management including preparing cost estimates to determine project budgets, projecting estimates to complete, estimates at completion and managing total project budget is required.5+ years of successful management leadership, financial management and organizational change management is required.Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies.Proficiency in enterprise Project Management tools (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project, etc.)Advanced financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, EAC/ETC.Deep understanding of healthcare operations, compliance and change management.  Must be able to sit, stand, bend and move intermittently and be able to list at least 25lbs. Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S.
