Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to schedule and within budget. This role involves acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, including third-party contractors or consultants, to deliver projects according to plan. The Senior IT Project Manager defines project objectives and oversees quality control throughout the project life cycle. Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Plan and direct the installation of Information Technology projects that typically impact multiple business areas * Provide ongoing work direction and leadership to assigned teams to ensure timely and effective project execution * Participate in employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management * Apply expertise in own discipline while continuing to acquire higher-level knowledge and skills * Build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers * Solve a range of straightforward problems * Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures * Perform other related duties as assigned
