Kforce has a client in need of a Senior IT Project Manager in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: * Senior IT Project Manager will collaborate with business and IT teams to define and document technical project needs * Manage business cases, project proposals, funding requests, RFPs, and RFQs * Lead procurement efforts from vendor review through contract negotiation * Oversee vendor management and risk mitigation * Coordinate cross-team collaboration for design, development, testing, and implementation * Ensure all projects have plans, traceability, risk tracking, and documentation * Align resource support across analysis, QA, and development teams * Manage scope changes through the Change Advisory Board (CAB) * Provide weekly status reports on progress, risks, and mitigation * Prepare system documentation including data flows, file layouts, and project narratives * Communicate technical concepts clearly across business and technical teams * Follow standard project management and quality assurance practices
