The Senior Manager, Information Technology role at EquipmentShare will focus on defining, overseeing, and managing our technology infrastructure and support for business functions and users utilizing this technology. This role involves ensuring that all the technology systems, networks, and infrastructure are reliable, secure, and scalable to meet the organization's needs for the common foundational Industrial technology strategy for the company. Primary Responsibilities: + Provide general oversight to the provisioning, planning, implementation, and operation of Equipment Share’s IT infrastructure. + Be a consultant that builds and maintains relationships with other Department leaders and business executives to develop a firm understanding of business needs; ensure efficient delivery of IT services to meet those needs. + Establish policies, procedures and guidelines for the acquisition, installation, and use of computing devices, applications, data networks, and telecommunication systems. + Build an IT roadmap with key performance indicators that are well understood while anticipating emerging needs. + Provide regular leadership and guidance to direct reports while fostering a culture based on trust, service, and continuous improvement. + To oversee planning, budgeting, and purchasing while ensuring that future technology purchases meet the common goals of all departments. + Develop reporting metrics, dashboards, and status reports, including performance against SLAs. + To provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service to all constituents + Accept and perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: + At least 6 years of experience delivering business-critical IT infrastructure and IT physical security, including design, administration, implementation, and management experience. + In-depth experience working with technologies including Microsoft Azure, .Net, Google Workspace, Okta, SQL Server, Web Services, REST APIs, etc. Physical Requirements: + Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer. + Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
