**_Sr. IT Business Partner for Honeywell International, Inc. (Charlotte, NC)_** **RESPONSIBILITES:** + Responsible for understanding the business needs and objectives of Aerospace Customer & Product Support and translating them into IT solutions that drive operational efficiency, productivity, and growth. + Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic priorities and identify opportunities for IT enablement. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and IT objectives. + Lead the development and execution of IT strategies and roadmaps that support the business unit's goals. + Drive the delivery of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements. + Provide guidance and support to business users on IT systems and applications. + Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + Qualified applicants must have 8 years of experience with the following: expert understanding of the principles and best practices in project management and customer service; expert ability to drive and adapt customer needs to an established reporting structure including for KPI attainment; expert ability to meet operational deadlines and KPIs; complex project management in an IT/technology environment; complex Microsoft Excel & Report Building skills; understanding customer requirements & articulating in non-technical language. + Must also have 6 years of experience with the following: Lean, Agile and scrum program management environments. + Approximately 10% domestic travel required. + Telecommuting is permitted 2 times per week. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** + Job Site: Charlotte, NC + 40 hours/week + Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500 + If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
