Teradata, Hadoop and GCP) and understands the nuances of delivery across these platforms both technically and functionally and how they impact delivery Communication capabilities, decision-making, problem solving skills, lateral thinking, analytical and interpersonal skillsExperience in leading a team and managing multiple, competing priorities and demands in a dynamic environmentHighly analytical with strong attention to detailDemonstrable track record of delivery in a Banking and Financial Markets contextA strong and diverse technical background and foundation (ETL, SQL, NoSQL, APIs, Data Architecture, Data Management principle and patterns, Data Ingest, Data Refinery, Data Provision, etc.)Experience in customising and managing integration tools, databases, warehouses and analytical toolsA passion for designing towards consistency and efficiency, and always striving for continuous improvements via automated processesExperience in Agile Project methodologies and tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
