**A Day in the Life**
The Enterprise Architecture & Data Platforms (EADP) value-stream is accountable for enterprise architecture, solutions governance, data assets across the company, data & advanced analytics platforms, and enterprise integrations. The Hyperautomation team is part of the EADP value-stream and uses advanced technologies to automate business and IT processes. This can include anything from simple task automation to complex decision making. We empower our employees and processes with digital superpowers. The team owns enterprise capabilities for AI/ML, Robotic Process Automation and Process Mining.
We are seeking an experienced, tech savvy Business Analyst with broad expertise in automation capabilities such as Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining and no-code automation to join our Hyperautomation team. As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving ideation, shaping the demand, ensuring our business creates tangible value from leveraging Hyperautomation and AI.
As a Business Analyst you deliver projects and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. You may act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other professionals. Most of the time is spent gathering, documenting, explaining requirements and overseeing projects – from idea to value realized - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills within the Hyperautomation domain.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**
+ Engage with business leaders to create a shared understanding of how Hyperautomation, AI can enable them to improve efficiencies and add value.
+ Collaborates with business stakeholder managers, business and IT leaders to create a multi-year roadmap to solve business challenges through Hyperautomation.
+ Drives creation and management of a pipeline of high value automation opportunities.
+ Drive reusability of delivered solutions.
+ Collaborate closely with Hyperautomation Enterprise and Solution architects to select the right platforms and tools to solve for the use case within our guidelines and standards, driving re-use of investments, building on capabilities.
+ Work with key stakeholders to ideate and refine use cases to automate business processes.
+ Co-create with the stakeholders the lean business case, analyze the current process, define the problem, scope, value and potential improvements and the to-be process.
+ Gather high level and detailed (non-)functional requirements needed to deliver the use case through one or more automation solutions.
+ Guide use cases from idea to value delivered, where needed acting as the key contact on behalf of the business and IT delivery teams and project managers.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure you can bring the ‘art of the possible’ ideas.
+ Contribute to documentation for business cases, business processes, and automation solutions.
+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate business stakeholders on Hyperautomation and AI technologies, ensuring they understand the potential benefits and applications.
+ Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of automation solutions and identify areas for further optimization.
+ Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ 7+ years of progressive experience in IT integration with a Bachelors Degree in engineering or MCA or MSc.
+ Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken and written English.
+ Proven experience in business analytics within IT, leveraging and combining multiple Hyperautomation capabilities.
+ Very solid technical understanding of the broad set of Hyperautomation capabilities, combined with a deeper expert understanding in at least one or two of the Hyperautomation capabilities such as (Gen)AI, Process Mining or IPA/RPA, to spot and compare cross technology solutions to an automation opportunity.
+ Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy ability to analyze complex process scenarios and offer solutions.
+ High degree of interest in business processes improvement, with and automation mindset.
+ A mindset of detail oriented, with cross-Functional Collaboration, an eye for process Improvement.
+ Understanding of systems, software and technological concepts, Familiarity with automation tools and data.
+ Stance of the continuous learner with a passion for exploring new technologies and process optimization methodologies.
+ Ability to work independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments.
+ Ability to set objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments.
+ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
+ Proven ability to work as a team player, delivering quality results within defined timelines.
**Nice to have:**
+ Experience in consultancy, pre-sales.
+ Experience in combining Robotic Process Automation with AI and Agentic AI platforms and solutions.
+ Knowledge of capabilities in Snowflake, Databricks, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, WebMethods.
+ Previous Medtronic experience, or experience in the Med Tech industry.
