Job Description Were seeking a polished and professional Senior Business Analyst to support project-based work in a fully Agile Scrum environment. This role involves writing user stories, facilitating standups, and working closely with product teams to gather and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. Skills and Requirements 5-7+ years of experience in business analysis (project-based work). Strong experience in Agile Scrum environments. Ability to write clear user stories and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., standups). Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps Comfortable gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders. Hands-on experience working in technical environments. Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (after 6 months, once every 10 weeks for a 1 week)/ Occasionally assist with morning checkouts and short deployments.
