Job Description
• Asset Lifecycle Management
o Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets (desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, peripherals).
o Maintain accurate asset records in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system.
o Ensure timely updates for asset status (procurement, deployment, transfer, retirement).
• Inventory & Tracking
o Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of hardware inventory.
o Implement tagging and tracking mechanisms for all physical assets.
o Monitor asset movements across locations and maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
• Procurement & Vendor Coordination
o Collaborate with procurement teams for hardware acquisition.
o Manage vendor relationships for warranty, repairs, and replacements.
o Ensure compliance with approved hardware standards and specifications.
• Compliance & Governance
o Ensure adherence to ITAM policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
o Maintain records for audits and compliance reporting.
o Support software license compliance related to hardware deployments.
• Financial Management
o Track asset depreciation and provide reports for financial planning.
o Identify opportunities for cost optimization through asset reuse or disposal.
• Disposal & Sustainability
o Manage secure disposal of retired assets in compliance with environmental and data security standards.
o Coordinate with certified e-waste vendors for sustainable practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Hardware Lifecycle Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM, Lansweeper).
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ISO standards for asset management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
