Wells Fargo Securities, LLC seeks a Senior Investment Banker in New York, New York. Job Role and Responsibility: Responsible for independently working with clients and handling complex transactions. Utilize well-developed knowledge of products and services, marketplace, and clients. This role is directly involved in the origination, structuring, and execution of Corporate and Investment Banking products and services for existing clients and prospects. Assist in delivering the full range of products and services to clients through formulating financial strategy and policy with clients at the executive management level, managing client relationships, and executing mandated assignments in public and private equity, mergers & acquisitions, debt capital markets and convertible securities transactions. Support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture. Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related investment banking position. Specific skills required: • Experience advising on corporate finance solutions tailored specifically to each individual client’s circumstances; • Experience with advising on equity capital, debt capital, and mergers & acquisitions. • Experience conducting financial analyses, including operational KPI benchmarking analysis, public trading comparables analysis, precedent transaction analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, and leverage buyout analysis. • Experience developing marketing materials including company positioning, market sizing, industry overview, transaction process structuring. • Experience with FactSet, Refinitiv, and Bloomberg. • Accountable for all workstreams for live projects including due diligence, financial analysis, marketing material curation, counterparty communication. • Coordination and management of client-related administrative documents including confidentiality agreements.
