We’re looking for an onsite Senior Investment Associate in the wealth management industry in downtown Vancouver, BC.

Our client is a well-established wealth management practice focused on building long-term client relationships and growing a sustainable advisory business. This role works closely with the Investment Advisor and broader team, supporting client relationships, financial planning activities, and business development initiatives while ensuring a high standard of service and operational excellence.

Senior Investment Associate responsibilities:

Work directly with the Investment Advisor and team to support client relationships and the ongoing growth of the wealth. management business. Assist with maintaining and updating client Financial Plans and identifying planning and investment opportunities. Process and follow up on client documentation to ensure proper maintenance of client accounts. Assist with servicing existing clients and responding to client inquiries. Support the development of the wealth management business through various marketing and client engagement initiatives. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required.

The successful candidate has:

Active licensing as an Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO A strong, well-rounded knowledge of the securities industry 5+ years of experience in wealth management, including managing client relationships and assets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take initiative Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members at all levels Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including strong working knowledge of MS Office Experience with Dataphile, Salesforce, and Conquest is considered an asset

Compensation and benefits:

The discussed salary range is $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive benefits package Collaborative, client-focused work environment Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
