What you will do

We’re looking for a Senior Inventory Planning Analyst (Contract) to join our team on a contractual basis and help drive smart, data-driven inventory decisions. In this role, you’ll analyze inventory health and performance metrics to optimize supply levels, reduce waste, and ensure product availability. You’ll be a key player in managing safety stock, planning last-time buys, and supporting product lifecycle changes—all while collaborating across teams to support business goals. Perform quarterly Safety Stock/Reorder Point and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) analysis and provide recommendations that will support OTIF targets and optimize inventory levelsAnalyze larger/bulk inventory purchases to assess the financial impact on the business and provide recommendations based on data driven insightsPrepare and present inventory insights for the monthly business reviewsDevelop and maintain dashboards using advanced data analytics and visualization tools to monitor supply chain healthProactively identify and implement improvements in inventory planning processes, , tools, and systems to drive supply chain optimizationLead PLCM activities to ensure optimization of inventory and minimal product write offAct as a subject matter expert within the Inventory Planning function, collaborating cross-functionally with IBP, Finance, and Commercial teams

What you need

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field4 years of experience in inventory management, business management, finance, supply chain management, or other related fieldsProficiency in Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PowerBI

Travel Percentage: 10%
