Senior Inventory Entitlement Analyst
**Date Posted:** 2025-07-04 **Country:** Philippines **Location:** Lot 18 3rd Street, First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan City, Batangas, Philippines **Position Role Type:** Unspecified + Oversee and maintain vital system settings, including Leadtime, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Safety Stocks, Reorder Point/Quantity (ROP/ROQ), ABC-HIJ classification, Value Order Policy, and Message Display Fence to ensure accurate and up-to-date data within the system. + Analyze inventory data to identify trends that may lead to excess or obsolete stock. Develop and implement proactive strategies to mitigate these risks, enhancing the efficiency of the inventory management process. + Apply expertise in system parameters to maintain supply chain integrity and optimize inventory, reducing unnecessary inventory costs while improving overall efficiency. + Use ERP systems and other material planning tools to streamline materials management. Leverage technology to optimize resource allocation, minimize waste, and ensure precise fulfillment of material needs within the organization. + Continuously identify and implement improvements to materials planning processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall system performance. + • Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others **QUALIFICATIONS** •Graduate of any Bachelor’s / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent. •Minimum 2 years relevant experience. •MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient. •Excellent understanding on ERP system (E1,JDE or SAP) •Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills. •Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year. •Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan. •With at least a year in his/her current position.
