This role offers an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the MedTech and Innovative Medicine business by analyzing inventory movements and supporting financial processes across the EMEA region. **Key Responsibilities** + Prepare, review, and communicate monthly inventory reports (Finished Goods and Fixed Assets), including detailed data analysis, corrections, and journal entries using JDE 8.12, SQL, SAP Lynx, and Excel. + Support J&J affiliates and local finance teams across EMEA in handling Fixed Asset processes such as disposals, transfers, CAPEX files, rental fees, and loaner provisions. + Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory data, maintaining compliance with month-end closing deadlines and sales recognition requirements. + Contribute to the implementation of large-scale projects impacting inventory management. + Assist team members with complex transactional tasks, reconciliations, and project work; deliver training to analysts and new team members. + Continuously review and improve processes, driving standardization and stabilization of new tasks; identify root causes of recurring issues and coordinate resolution efforts. + Perform stock reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with IT, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance teams. + Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing timely responses and expert guidance. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Finance Analyst role. + Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) is a strong advantage as well as knowledge of SAP modules (Lynx/S4 HANA), JDE 8.12, SQL + Microsoft excel skills and Power platforms knowledge + Strong organizational and time management skills; proactive and driven. + Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
