We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior International Proposition Manager, Proposition Development.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Support the design, develop and implement international business model to support international customer acquisitions and deepening, including International value propositions, distribution strategy, and cross department collaborationAssist to drive Customer Lifecycle Management initiatives and wealth deepening for international customers to deliver improvements across the continuum Drive the effective roll out of new business initiatives such as campaigns, cross border collaboration, to support new to bank acquisitions among non-resident and international prospects Act as SME for NRC propositions to drive pan China collaboration with HBCN and respective teams to support customer acquisitions and deepening via effective proposition, product and service offerings, journey and process enhancements, and customer experience improvements for Chinese customers onshore and offshore
