This role partners closely with the regional communications leaders, HR, Legal, Finance, and subject‑matter experts to produce clear, compelling, and timely content across multiple channels — including enterprise email systems, the intranet (JabilWeb), digital signage, presentations, and multimedia. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, fully qualified communications professional who brings strong judgment, operates independently with minimal direction, and serves as a strategic partner to business stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure alignment with Jabil brand standards and AP‑style guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, clarity, and purpose.

Serve as a strategic communications partner to assigned internal functions, helping define messaging frameworks, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Proactively identify communication needs across the business and recommend solutions that drive understanding, alignment, and employee engagement.

Participate in planning conversations to ensure messaging is timely, relevant, and supports organizational priorities.

Use Jabil’s enterprise email platforms, intranet, digital screens, and internal communication tools to publish, distribute, and maintain content.

Monitor channel performance and support enhancements through testing, analytics, and best‑practice recommendations.

Maintain and refresh intranet pages to ensure accuracy and employee-focused approach.

Lead communication projects from brief to launch — develop project plans, define deliverables, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross‑functional partners.

Measure project impact using available analytics and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to ensure message alignment across functions and geographies.

Build strong internal relationships that support proactive communication planning and trust.
