Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Senior Internal Auditor - Senior Manager (m/f/d). What if it was you? 

Your mission: As an experienced Senior Internal Auditor, you will provide assurance and advice on the organization’s governance, risk management and control processes to help the firm achieve its strategic, operational, financial and compliance objectives. You will participate in the elaboration of the audit plan and deliver a wide range of internal audit engagements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with audit and senior stakeholders and contribute to a culture of trust and transparency.Independently execute complex audit assignments from planning to reporting, in line with professional standards and internal methodology.Analyze and challenge business processes and control environments, identifying key risks and improvement opportunities.Integrate insights from diverse data sources and stakeholder input to formulate well-supported audit conclusions.Prepare clear, concise, and impactful audit reports with practical, value-adding recommendations.Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective resolution.Leverage data analytics and audit tools to support evidence-based decision-making and risk assessments.Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and professional standards in all audit activities.Share expertise and mentor less experienced team members, contributing to the continuous development of the audit function.

A master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. Audit, Economics, Management); additional expertise in IT is considered an asset;8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in internal audit. Prior experience in a Big Four firm is highly desirable.A confident presence and excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.A quick grasp of complex topics and a strong analytical mindset, particularly in connecting business issues with underlying processes.A risk- and quality-oriented mindset, combined with sound professional judgment.A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, embracing a culture of active coaching and continuous feedback.Comfort owning your tasks from start to finish with a strong sense of responsibility.Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.A willingness to pursue a professional qualification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), if not already obtained
