The Senior Intelligent Control & Automation (ICA) Engineering Manager will lead the integration and application of cutting-edge innovation and manufacturing technologies within our Tabler Station Plant (Inwood, West Virginia). This role is critical for driving operational excellence, eliminating losses, and ensuring the successful lifecycle management of our products through a lean and technologically advanced approach. In this role you will be leading operational excellence in controls for our production line.

Required:
BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in strong technical mastery in Power, Controls, and Information Systems technologies, including Continuous Process Control, Instruments, Control Logix PLCs, Safety PLCs, Wonderware, Motion Control, Vision Systems, Networks, Drives, SensorsProven experience in Innovation management within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding and practical application of Intellectual Property principles.Demonstrated expertise in Lean Innovation and Loss Elimination methodologies.In-depth knowledge of Machine Controls and Manufacturing Applied Informatics.Solid background in Plant Engineering and Process Control.Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.Exceptional skills in Successful Initiative Management and project leadership.Ability to develop and execute a Tech Readiness Roadmap.Proficiency in Validation processes and regulatory compliance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.3+ years of relevant work experienceStrong leadership, business problem definition, and priority setting skillsAn aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizationsWant to learn more about Tabler Station?
