We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role ofSenior Insurance Specialist Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation of wealth sales strategies and propositions for insurance business as wealth protection proposition in IWPB.Support the implementation of HSBC’s Bancassurance strategy in Malaysia. The key focus will be on production of all insurance business and activities.Managing a Team of Insurance Specialists, responsible for their knowledge and upskilling with effectiveness at the branches assigned to them. Lead and manage the Specialists to ensure that a motivated team is in place.Work closely with the Regional and Branch Leaders to meet customer’s insurance needs and achieve the business results.Responsible for leading and developing selling skills for Branch based sales team providing training, coaching, joint sales, organising events and related activities.Some careers grow faster than others.
