This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact, revenue-generating role at AVP / VP level, with a mandate to build, scale, and lead client relationships across Southern and Eastern Africa.

Your Mandate
This is a true hunter–advisor role combining business development with strategic client advisory:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Originate and secure new corporate insurance business across the region Build a strong pipeline of mid-market and large corporate clients Develop relationships with CFOs, risk managers, and executive stakeholders Deliver consistently against ambitious revenue targetsClient Advisory & Structuring
Design and structure tailored insurance and risk solutions Advise on programme optimisation, cost efficiency, and risk transfer strategies Lead negotiations with insurers across local and international marketsMarket & Relationship Leadership
Build and leverage relationships with insurers and underwriting partners Navigate multi-country insurance markets and regulatory environments Provide insight into regional risk trends and emerging opportunitiesClient Ownership
Lead key accounts and ensure exceptional client experience Drive retention, renewals, and long-term partnership value
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in commercial insurance broking or corporate risk advisory Proven track record of originating and closing new business Strong exposure to corporate / multinational clients Experience across Southern and/or Eastern African markets Deep understanding of insurance programme structuring and placement Highly commercial, relationship-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
