We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.** **Position Summary** **Provide solutions that meet client needs by administering a book of business with comprehensive knowledge of all Habitational Personal Insurance products and policies. Work within a team environment contributing to personal and departmental sales and retention objectives.** **Responsibilities** **Administer Personal Insurance book of business, including accounts receivable.** **Takes initiative to solve problems on their own.** **Proactively improves processes & works with leadership.** **Has strong client / market relationships.** **Able to handle complex / escalated accounts & clients.** **Write all regular market PL policies and cross sell other products.** **Front line underwriting.** **Provide support and guidance to colleagues.** **Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry.** **Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.** **Qualifications** **Level 2 General Insurance License** **Minimum 3 year Personal Insurance experience** **Able to work independently and as part of a team** **Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)** **Completion of industry-related designation (CAIB, CIP, CRM) is not required but is an asset** **Where This Can Take You** **We invest in our employees!
