QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and/or experience 3-5 years of directly related experience (i.e. instructional development, adult learning theory, technical writing) Training and/or experience in instructional design. Experience developing courseware in blended learning environment. Expertise using instructional design tools such as Articulate 360 (primarily Storyline), Camva, Camtasia, Audacity, and/ or Captivate. Operate independently to analyze, design, and develop learning solutions applying proven instructional design methods and practices. Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 products: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote.

Skills & Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to complete projects/development in accelerated timeframes, which includes multi-tasking, prioritizing and project management Instructional development tools: Captivate, Articulate, Perception, MS Office suite.
