Required Qualifications:4+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Excellent Interpersonal skillsStrong collaboration and partnering skillsAbility to research and report on a variety of issuesDemonstration of making effective decisions based on limited information and awareness of when to obtain further assistance/clarification as necessary.MBA or Graduate in Finance4+ years of Derivative Collateral Management margin experienceUnderstands Derivatives trade life cycle and associated functions.Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft applicationsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Job Expectations:Display sound working knowledge of Collateral margining processBuild relationship with businesses and counterparties to ensure effective escalation and timely resolutionsCompare trade position files from external counterparties to resolve timely margin call disputesPerform trade decompositions to validate current mark-to-market exposuresReview and present collateral margin calls and respond the demands submitted by our counterpartiesProduce and distribute ad-hoc reporting requirementsCrosstrain future staff members to assist and independently perform daily Derivative Collateral Management margin responsibilitiesConsistently seek opportunities to improve processes, controls and procedures within the Collateral Management teamUnderstands needs and sensitivity of internal and external clients and proactively ensures to meet them
