Job DescriptionServiceNow is actively seeking a Senior Strategist for our Inspire Value – Australia & NZ team. As a crucial pillar within ServiceNow’s global industry and solutions organisation, the Inspire Value team are senior, customer-facing strategic advisors who partner directly with C-suite and Board-level executives to shape which business problems are worth solving, where to invest, and how to unlock measurable value through digital, business and AI transformation.
Operating at the intersection of business strategy, financial rigor, and enterprise technology, this role supports high-impact customer conversations, reframing technology discussions into strategic decisions around growth, resilience, productivity, and risk, and aligning stakeholders around a shared investment narrative.
Leveraging ServiceNow’s Now Value methodology, the Strategist architects and leads value-led transformation engagements, translating complex platform capabilities into clear, defensible investment cases that influence executive decision-making and accelerate strategic outcomes. In must-win situations, they act as a trusted, independent advisor, bringing clarity to ambiguity, challenging assumptions, and guiding customers toward confident, outcome-driven decisions.
As a senior partner to Sales leadership, account teams, and customer executives, the Inspire Value Strategist plays a critical role in orchestrating value across our most strategic customer accounts, ensuring consistency of message, alignment of priorities, and sustained executive confidence throughout the transformation journey.
