As the Senior Insights & Analytics Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our global and regional marketing and sales teams. Your focus will be on generating actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You will bridge the gap between data analysis and strategic execution, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions that contribute to overall business growth.

Your key accountabilities include:

\n\nGenerate and communicate strategic insights that inform marketing and sales initiatives, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to contextualize performance metrics.\nMeasure and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, tracking KPIs and providing regular performance updates.\nSupport campaign execution by assisting with audience creation, KPI setting, and developing campaign strategies, while providing actionable recommendations for improvement.\nAssist in developing annual marketing plans by translating business objectives into marketing strategies, facilitating goal setting, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.\nLeverage current marketing data and insights to gauge performance, conducting consistent reviews and identifying areas for enhancement.\nAdvocate for an agile, insights-driven marketing strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and best practices.\nEngage with stakeholders to ensure understanding of performance data implications, providing training and support for leveraging insights in strategic decision-making.\n\n

What are we looking for from you?

\n\nDemonstrated experience in marketing analytics and strategic planning.\nStrong background in data-driven marketing strategy planning and performance management.\nProven ability to transform data into actionable insights using Analytic and BI tools.\nExpertise in synthesizing cross-channel marketing performance, including email, social media, and SEM/SEO.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.\nExperience working in global, regional, and local environments, effectively collaborating with virtual and cross-cultural teams.\n\n
