Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts to drive revenue growth while proactively acquiring new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling.You will join a dynamic, fast-growing team dedicated to providing innovative solutions that help our clients thrive in a competitive market.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of SMB accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase overall account value and long-term revenue.
Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure delivered solutions align with client objectives and to facilitate a smooth implementation process.
Ensure accurate sales reporting and pipeline management by utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to forecast revenue and maintain organizational standards for data integrity.
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:
Relevant years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, account management, or business development, specifically within an SMB-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting techniques, including a proven track record of generating new business through cold calling and networking.
Proven ability in negotiation and relationship management, with the skill to handle complex client objections and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
