**Job Description:**
**Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.**
Sales employee will concentrative on drive long term revenue growth and retention, of emerging enterprise customers through outbound calling and relationship management. Sellers will be expected collaborate with direct and indirect partners in the field to facilitate client growth
**What you’ll do**
+ Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ **Revenue Retention and Growth:** Drive revenue growth by retaining existing customers, achieving sales quotas, and upselling to create incremental new business.
+ **Matrix Management:** Collaborate with Direct and Indirect Alliance Partners to manage a revenue portfolio of $80 to $100M in recurring revenue.
+ **Customer Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage account escalations, and ensure direct communication with key decision makers.
+ **Sales Metrics and Performance:** Successfully close sales deals, deliver on sales metrics, and secure renewal and new contracts to meet performance targets.
+ **Customer Needs and Solutioning:** Assess and understand customer needs to tailor solutions, leveraging a consultative approach to meet strategic business priorities and apply the latest technologies.
+ **Market and Industry Knowledge:** Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and identify key customer needs, utilizing this knowledge to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score - NPS).
**What you’ll bring**
+ A mid-level sales representative with comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
+ Manages mid-size to large, complex sales with moderate supervision.
+ Responsible for an average quota or territory.
+ Experience with managing cross functional teams in different departments to achieve commonly aligned production goals.
+ Experience with telecom mobility, wireless, or related services.
+ Utilizes advanced data analysis, creative problem-solving, and exercises judgment.
+ Leads presentations and mentors less experienced peers.
**What you’ll need**
+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
+ 5+ years of sales related experience.
+ Experience with managing cross functional teams in different departments to achieve commonly aligned production goals.
+ Experience with telecom mobility, wireless, or related services.
+ Ability to engage in peer-to-peer coaching, collaboration, and development

Our Senior Inside Cust Success 2 Mob, earns between $55,900 - $83,900 + commissions with a total target compensation of $88,900 - $116,900. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
