JOB PURPOSE
This role is dedicated to driving Liquid I.V.’s international expansion and build a scalable global innovation and commercial pipeline. It will deliver end-to-end innovation and be responsible for building a future-fit portfolio across over ten international markets.
This individual will lead what launches, where, and when, act as the senior marketing representative in all cross-functional leadership forums, and oversee business development, commercialization, and go-to-market execution for Liquid I.V. internationally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Innovation & Market Pipeline Ownership
Own and develop the global innovation and market expansion pipeline for Liquid I.V.
Partner with local brand teams to identify optimization, whitespace, and new product opportunities.
Act as gatekeeper for all new innovation and market expansion initiatives.
Lead all stage-gate processes for new market entry:
Own global business cases
Support and consolidate local business cases
Present recommendations to senior stakeholders
Proposition & Localization Leadership
Lead localization of the global Liquid I.V. proposition including:
Consumer testing and insights strategy
Proposition, claims, and messaging localization
Artwork and claims strategy in partnership with R&D, Regulatory, and Legal
Innovation Development (2026+)
Lead innovation development for future international launches, including:
Serving as Project Lead for Sugar-Free international expansion
Defining project scope, timelines, and success metrics
Managing cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and PMO
Own consumer research and testing strategy for 2026+ innovation pipeline
Lead all gatekeeping for new product and market launches, including senior leadership presentations
Commercial & Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Finance to:
Manage global P&L assumptions
Define optimal pricing strategies
Manage trade investment to deliver profitable growth
Own one consolidated global business case, while coordinating and rolling up local market inputs
Partner with the Health & Wellbeing International Expansion Leadership Team to deliver profitable growth
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
10+ years of experience across marketing & innovation.
Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
Proven experience navigating whitespace innovation and new category development
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work beyond traditional ways of working
Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence without authority
Experience leading complex innovation programs that deliver sales and growth
International expansion or global brand experience
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Passion for health & wellbeing and building iconic, consumer-loved brands
Ability to work effectively across cultures and international teams
Pay: The pay range for this position is $119,400 to $179,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
