It's all here and it’s exactly what _going further_ is all about. **Position Summary** Leads the development and delivery of enterprise Information Security training and awareness programs that reduce human risk and strengthen organizational security practices. Designs and implements education initiatives and simulations while partnering across the organization to support regulatory requirements and security governance objectives. **Major Tasks and Responsibilities** + Leads enterprise Information Security training, awareness, and human risk management programs aligned with governance frameworks. + Manages enterprise program roadmaps, vendor relationships, and managed service providers. + Advises senior leadership by translating Information Security risks into business, financial, operational, and reputational impact. + Designs and facilitates executive tabletop exercises, incident response simulations, and crisis management training programs. + Partners with cross-functional business and technical teams to support regulatory requirements, audit readiness, and organizational security initiatives. + Establishes performance metrics and feedback mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. + Develops adult learning and behavior change programs that strengthen employee awareness of cybersecurity risks and responsibilities. + Aligns security education initiatives with industry cybersecurity frameworks and organizational security governance requirements. + Develop Board level presentations to communicate Information Security KPIs. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. + 5+ years of cybersecurity training or related experience. + Knowledge of cybersecurity governance frameworks, enterprise cyber threats, attack methods, and human risk factors affecting organizational security. + Proficiency in translating cybersecurity concepts into clear risk-focused communication and training programs. + Proficiency in Board level presentation creation. **Benefits** At Saia, your success is our success!
