To join our team as a Senior Incentive Processor!


We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Senior Incentive Processor to support our energy‑efficiency programs by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of rebate and incentive applications. In this role, you will evaluate incentive claims, validate energy‑savings data, and ensure payments are properly calculated, approved, and recorded. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, trade allies, and internal teams, providing clear guidance on program eligibility, resolving disputed claim data, and maintaining meticulous documentation across multiple databases.

Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, a commitment to quality assurance, and the ability to interpret program policies with confidence. You’ll contribute to ongoing process improvements, support system enhancements, and help train junior team members, all while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to program and contractual guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment and is passionate about supporting energy‑saving initiatives.



You’re a great fit if you can…

Process rebate and incentive applications with accuracy, ensuring compliance with program and contract requirements.

Validate energy savings calculations and manage timely approval, payment, and documentation of incentives.

Investigate and resolve disputed or inconsistent rebate data.

Perform quality assurance reviews and contribute to updates of procedures, forms, and standards.

Protect the confidentiality of all customer and program information.

Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries and provide clear guidance on eligibility, policies, and incentives.

Support trade allies and maintain thorough records of customer interactions.

Enter and maintain rebate data across multiple databases and assist with system enhancements and testing.

Collaborate with internal teams on program requirements and contribute to process improvements.

Assist with training junior staff and complete administrative tasks as needed.


Exciting candidates will have…

1–3 years of data entry or administrative

1-3 years of customer service experience.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Must be located in Oregon.

Targeted Salary:

$22.50/h
