Job Description & Summary

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 

Degree in Law

5+ years of experience with in-house legal department /consulting firms

Proven practical knowledge in contractual, commerce, employment law

Experience with personal data protection regulation according to Ukrainian law and GDPR and other compliance topics (AML, anti-bribery etc.)

Experience in implementing corporate changes (including/excluding new shareholders, drafting MoM of general participants,  drafting PoA etc.)

Knowledge of audit activity is a plus

Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead and deliver on multiple simultaneous projects

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
