Senior Identity and Exploitation (IDEX) Support Analyst
Overview **Position contingent upon contract award** SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Senior Identity and Exploitation (IDEX) Support Analyst to support government contract requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR). Essential Job Duties Plans, directs, and coordinates business processes / activities to support program data processing, information systems, and systems analysis. Manage and mentor subordinate personnel. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 12 years’ experience An active Top Secret security clearance. Certifications: PMP and ITIL4. Provide programming and technical input to enable DBIDS biometric screening of IACS access requests. Conduct research and analysis, and formulate reporting on terrorism, organized crime, and insider threats. Coordinate with various agencies to deny access using DBIDS. Manage Defense Exploitation Unclassified (DEX-U) portal access and sub-sites. Perform quality control and assurance on DEX-U data. Maintain training aides and coordinate biometric-enabled watchlists, SOPs, and concept of employment documentation. Liaise between end-users and development teams for future DEX-U integration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks. Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction. Work Environment Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations. Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.  Working at SOSi All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
