**Introduction** We are seeking a skilled IBM Maximo Developer to join our team and contribute to the customization, integration, and optimization of Maximo applications. This role involves hands-on development, system enhancements, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver robust enterprise asset management solutions. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. Your primary responsibilities include: * Customize and configure IBM Maximo applications using Java, MBOs, Automation Scripts, and BIRT reports * Develop and maintain Maximo workflows, escalations, and cron tasks to support business processes * Integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and middleware tools * Perform Maximo upgrades, patching, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and efficiency * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo functionality and performance * Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides * Ensure compliance with IT security and data governance standards **Required technical and professional expertise** * Proven experience in IBM Maximo development and customization * Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and Maximo configuration tools * Hands-on experience with MBOs, Automation Scripts, and BIRT reporting * Familiarity with Maximo workflows, escalations, and cron tasks * Experience integrating Maximo using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and middleware platforms * Solid understanding of Maximo upgrade processes and performance tuning * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills * Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
