We are looking for a SailPoint Engineer to help CoStar drive its identity governance program to the next level. In this role, you will help lead the development of the IGA strategy and corresponding roadmaps considering the corporate strategy, industry security trends and regulatory requirements.
This position is in Arlington, VA and offers a schedule of 4 days onsite, 1 day work from home.
Responsibilities
Serve as the SailPoint platform subject matter expert for the IAM team.Assist with the strategy development and planning of CoStar's IGA roadman, including access requests, lifecycle events, provisioning functions, role-based access, separation of duties, access certifications.Develop working relationship with IT engineering resources to drive solution features adoption.Configuration and management of most common direct connectors (i.e. Active Directory, EntraID, Workday, etc.).Integration of SailPoint with other enterprise systems and applications to streamline identity management processes.Design and code rules, applications, workflows, custom tasks, custom connectors, UI pages and custom reports in SailPoint Identity Now.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint configuration, performance, and integrations.Create and maintain detailed documentation for SailPoint configurations, processes, and integrations.Train and mentor other team members on the use of the SailPoint Identity Now platform.Collaborate with IT and security teams to define and enforce identity and access management (IAM) policies and procedures.Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience with designing and building IGA solutions involving SailPoint IIQ or IdentityNow.4 + years of experience in technologies such as Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSON, XML, Python and REST development.Working knowledge of directories including Active Directory, EntraID, HCM systems (such as Workday), ITSM solutions, and PAM solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong written and verbal communication, including writing procedural documentsA track record of commitment to prior employers.Preferred Qualifications
Detailed knowledge and experience with automating Sailpoint IGA processes by leveraging out-of-box capabilities or custom build connectors/APIs.Strong knowledge of least privileged access modeling, role-based access controls, and separation of duties implementation.Strong experience in public/private cloud, and modern IT infrastructure, including virtual machines, network routing, and firewalls.Strong knowledge of the architecture and administration of Active Directory and EntraID in a hybrid-domain environment.Experience with identity lifecycle flows including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML), including automated provisioning and deprovisioning of access and entitlements.Experience authoring, reviewing, and editing technical documents at an engineering and operational level.Experience automating common operational tasks, web service/API integration, and deployment activities in scripting/programming languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Perl, etc.).Ability to conduct knowledge transfer sessions to engineering and operations teams.What’s in it for You
