A Senior Human Resources Operations Advisor is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.

\nAs a Senior Human Resources Operations Advisor, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Senior Human Resources Operations Advisor will also be required to manage succession planning and employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nManage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability\nEnsure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines\nMaintain online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting\nEnsure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out\nAssist in determining departmental training requirements\nEnsure completion of training for hotel security, fire regulations and other health and safety legislation\nAssist in the organisation of Team Member social events\nWork with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry\nPromote and endorse staff benefits\nAssist and resolve team member and management queries\nWhat are we looking for?

\n\nMinimum 2 years previous experience in Human Resources Advisor or equivalent role\nPositive attitude\nGood communication and people skills\nCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally\nExcellent grooming standards\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\nAbility to work under pressure\nAbility to work on their own or in teams\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
