**43755BR** **Requisition ID:** 43755BR **Business Unit:** COR **Job Description:** CDM Smith is seeking a versatile Senior Human Resources Information Systems Specialist to join our Corporate HRIS/Analytics Team! The Senior Human Resources Information Systems Specialist leads, participates in, and supports the firm’s Human Resources (HR) reporting and data needs. Develops functional and technical requirements, performs functional system configurations, prepares documentation, and produces reports with analysis and interpretation of data as needed. Contributes to continuous improvement efforts that enhance HRIS functionality and overall data awareness across the organization. The ideal candidate: • Establishes and provides analysis and interpretation of report data and HR analytics as required. Provides data and generates reports tracking; serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity and report writing. • Completes functional configurations within system. Writes functional/technical business requirements for enhancements to current systems, new functionality, or procedures and processes that will be met by a newly built or bought system. Seeks guidance as required to ensure approval of modifications. • Documents and delivers reporting needs; identifies opportunities to streamline reporting; works with Information Technology (IT) and end users to allow more self-service reporting; trains users on how to run reports using HR reporting tools. • Participates in a lead role for testing resources for patches, upgrades, and escalating Human Resource Information System (HRIS) issues. • Supports the assigned functional area by creating complex reports in support of the programs in collaboration with key business stakeholders, BT, HR COEs, HR business partners and Operations teams. • Participates as a team lead to create and coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process; view vendor demos, work with users and IT to select best technology solution. • Works with other relevant teams on projects to document all processes and procedures as they relate to HR systems. In addition, during employment individuals may be required by CDM Smith or a CDM Smith client to successfully complete additional background checks, including motor vehicle record as well as drug testing. **Pay Range Minimum:** $98,821 **Pay Range Maximum:** $163,072 **Additional Compensation:** All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position. **Work Location Options:** Hybrid Work Options may be considered for successful candidate. **Massachusetts Applicants:** It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
