How you make a difference
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring its accuracy and efficiency. They will analyze HR data, generate reports, and make recommendations to improve HR processes and systems. The Senior HRIS Analyst will also work closely with HR and IT teams to maintain and update the HRIS as needed.
Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Position Control System, conducting audits of budget control groups, position codes, and FTE assignments for accuracy. Develop and implement sustainable HR reporting solutions using multiple data sources and provide technical support for ancillary HR applications and initiatives. Collaborate with HR and end-users to identify and analyze business needs, develop reporting solutions, and ensure data integrity through audits and analysis. Maintain documentation, including requirements analysis, process and data flow diagrams, operational procedures, and other related documentation. Coordinate with IT to design and test integration solutions for various HR functions and troubleshoot any application functionality failures.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Degree in Human Resources, IT, Finance, Data Analytics or other applicable field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
Experience
Minimum of five years’ experience with one or more of the following: Position Control, Core HR, Timekeeping, or ATS. Familiarity with Kronos Workforce Central and/ or iCIMS preferred. Proficiency in SQL and Advance Excel skills required. Strong understanding of HRIS data and report writing tools required.
