Senior HRIS Analyst
As a Senior HRIS Analyst at QXO, you’ll lead system configurations and strategy while ensuring seamless HRIS operations across key modules. What you'll do: Configure and manage HR modules (e.g., Performance, Benefits, Time Off) across platforms like UKG, WFM, and SuccessFactors Act as HRIS subject matter expert, driving system optimization and cross-functional collaboration Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards Oversee system settings, workflows, and security to meet business needs Troubleshoot issues, lead UAT, and coordinate system updates with IT Ensure compliance with SOX and GDPR through audits and access reviews Manage vendor escalations and support integration efforts Mentor junior analysts and support team training initiatives What you'll bring: 4–6 years of experience in HR technology roles Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Information Systems; Master’s preferred Hands-on experience with large-scale HCM systems (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, Oracle, SAP) Relevant certifications such as Workday Pro, HRIP, or Six Sigma Yellow Belt Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables Agile, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities What you'll earn 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
